At Blooming Grove Reformed Church, we understand the challenges many families face in providing for their little ones. Our Diaper Program is designed to support parents by providing free diapers for children under the age of 3. We offer a range of diaper sizes from 1 to 6 to accommodate growing needs. How to Schedule an Appointment: Eligibility: The program is available for children under the age of 3. Frequency: Eligible families can visit once a week to receive diapers. Appointment Day Instructions: Child Presence: The child must be present at the time of pick-up to receive the diapers. - Arrival: Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals of more than 10 minutes will NOT be accommodated and will count as a missed appointment. Location: Come to the glass doors under the portico. A staff member will meet you there with your requested size of diapers. Important Guidelines: Missed Appointments: If you miss more than two scheduled appointments, please note that you will not be able to schedule another appointment for one month. After this period, you are welcome to start booking again. Our goal is to assist families in need while maintaining a respectful and orderly program. Cancellation Policy

Diaper Program Policy at Blooming Grove Reformed Church The Diaper Program aims to provide essential support to families by offering free diapers for children under the age of 3. This policy outlines the procedure for booking, attending, and managing appointments to ensure that we can serve as many families as efficiently and fairly as possible. Eligibility: - Children eligible for diaper pickups must be under the age of 3. - Families are allowed to receive diapers once a week. Appointment Scheduling: - Appointments must be booked in advance through our designated booking system - At the time of booking, please specify the size of diapers needed (Sizes 1-6 available). Appointment Attendance: - The child must be present at the time of the diaper pickup. - Appointments are held at the glass doors under the portico at 706 Bloomingrove Drive, Rensselaer - Families should arrive precisely at their scheduled appointment time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling: - To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance through our online system. - If you need to cancel within 24 hours due to an emergency, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss your options. Missed Appointments and Lateness: - Missing more than two appointments without proper notification will result in a temporary suspension of booking privileges for one month. - Being more than 10 minutes late for an appointment is considered a missed appointment and will count towards the two missed appointment limit. - After a suspension period, families may resume booking appointments. Enforcement: This policy is intended to ensure that our resources are used efficiently and that we can assist as many families as possible. Compliance with these guidelines is essential for the continuation of service privileges.
